In an effort to improve quality of life through retail development, Rochelle is progressively marketing the consumer buying habits and lifestyles of its city limit and secondary trade areas.

Through the use of psychographics and a state-of-the-art on-line password-protected marketing tool known as CommunityID SCOUT 2.0, retailers, site selectors, and brokers can have immediate access to real-time, site specific information with a click of a mouse. A Google Map feature also provides aerial maps, location updates, and increased speed in locating site information quickly and accurately.
